ABOUT END USER COMPUTING
Our team of dedicated, highly skilled technicians are critical resources for both Clinical as well as IT enterprise projects, local projects and daily break fix requests. At any given time, we are spearheading efforts dealing with computers, laptops, printers, network support and mobile/telecom devices. We go out of our way to engage with doctors, nurses, and other associates to see how we can use existing technology to assist patient care.
WHAT WE DO
Our technicians are highly self-motivated, energetic and customer service-oriented individuals. We work with each other closely to ensure identified issues are resolved as quickly as possible. You can expect busy days, identifying and solving issues, including a week of on-call support as part of a team rotation. Our technicians are considered Essential Personnel and front-line workers.
