The UMMS Mentorship Program offers an opportunity for a collaborative relationship between a mentor and mentee where both parties can professionally grow through mutual goals and shared accountability.

$500 per year, per employee – available to team members who complete 6 months of service. The benefit can be used for a number of learning and professional expenses including professional membership fees, non-degree certificate courses, conferences, etc.
