• Parking lot A & B are open parking located on Biery & Vine Street. (B lot is NO longer gated)
• Street side parking has a 2-hour limit.
• If you cannot find an open spot, you may also park in Outpaitent parking, lot G.
• Please enter through the Lobby entrance off Washington St. in the half circle patient drop off.

• There is a small parking lot location in the front of the building as well as a visitor’s garage located between the Tate Center and the main hospital building. You can park at either location.

Other Instructions:

• Once you complete your Employee Health visit, a member of our employee health team will escort you to the Human Resources department to have your Employee ID badge photo taken.

• We recommend parking in the large parking lot across from AMC Theatre and walking to the hospital. This will assure that you are on the same level as Employee Health and the Information Desk
• Please stop at the Information Desk to sign in and pick up a temporary pass before proceeding to the Employee Health Department.
• Once you have completed your Employee Health visit, please proceed to the Security Office to take your picture for the Employee ID Badge.
