We are looking for a talented Anesthesia Supervisor to join our team here at the University of Maryland Medical Center.
Job Summary:
Under general supervision, supervises and coordinates the work of all Anesthesia Technicians who set up, check, clean, manage, distribute, and maintain the anesthesia equipment used in the Operating Rooms in UMMC. Fulfillment of the job duties requires the employee to have access to medication storage areas.

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. College level education and certification in an applicable discipline is preferred.
- Five years of experience in healthcare preferably as an Anesthesia Technician, or a healthcare discipline directly applicable to anesthesia service delivery is required.
- Two years of supervisory/managed experience required. The nature of this position requires the incumbent to have a strong human resources “people” management aptitude.
