UM Shore Regional Health is seeking a full-time Cardiology Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated and collegial team in Easton, Maryland. In this role, you’ll work alongside a skilled group of cardiologists and hospitalists to deliver exceptional inpatient cardiovascular care in a supportive, patient-centered setting.

Position Highlights:
- Inpatient cardiology-focused role within a regional medical center
- Cross-trained in the outpatient clinic and available for a flexible full-time schedule, with the ability to pick up additional shifts in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with cardiologists, intensivists, and the broader hospital team
- Evaluate and manage patients with a variety of acute and chronic cardiac conditions
- Perform admissions, consultations, and daily rounding
- Participate in multidisciplinary care coordination and discharge planning
- EPIC EMR and strong hospital support services

- Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland required.
- Possesses and maintains current Board Certification of Nurse Practitioner, Adult Gerontology or Acute Care certified preferred
- Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.
- Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS affiliated acute care facility.
- Experience in cardiology, ICU, or inpatient hospitalist settings strongly preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and team-based care skills

Compensation:
- Pay Range: $104,416.00 - $144,102 based on years of experience
- Overtime is earned for any work performed beyond 40 hours.
