Overview
Under minimum supervision team member receives, decontaminates, assembles and reprocesses supplies, instruments and equipment for disinfection and sterilization.
Qualifications
High school diploma, with certification as Central Sterile Technician preferred.
- Two (2) years experience in a Central Sterile Supply Technician position.
- Ability to: a) effectively convey verbal and written information; b) follow directions; c) respond to emergency situations appropriately; d) adapt hours of availability to variable and changing needs of the hospital, including all shifts; e) effectively function as a member of a collaborative team; f) organize and manage time effectively, setting appropriate priorities; and g) comply with The Joint Commission and OSHA standards.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $19.5-$27.31
