UM Baltimore Washington Medical Center (UM BWMC), a member of the University of Maryland Medical System (UMMS), is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist to join our dynamic team in Glen Burnie, MD.
- Largest Pediatric Hospitalist group in UMMS consisting of 19 providers
- 12 hour shifts (7a-7p/7p-7a)
- Always 2 pediatricians on at all times
- No call schedule
- EPIC as EMR
Responsibilities include servicing
- Pediatric emergency room
- Level 2A special care nursery
- Well baby nursery
- 10 bed pediatric unit
- Attend deliveries

- Possesses and maintains current license to practice medicine in the State of Maryland required.
- Possesses and maintains current Board Certification within practicing specialty required.
- Possesses and maintains current DEA or similar Narcotics and Controlled Substances Certification required.
- Possesses and maintains, if applicable, appropriate clinical privileges at a minimum of one UMMS affiliated acute care facility.
- Demonstrates meeting minimum CME requirements for licensure and board certification.
- Demonstrates appropriate qualifications and experience to perform the duties required of this position.

Compensation:
- Pay Range: Pediatric Hospitalist Starting base at $95/hour, increases based on years of experience
- Additional compensation options available for discussion include a $20,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a productivity bonus.
