My application keeps timing out. What should I do?
There is a timer at the top of the application. You have 20 minutes to complete each page before it times out. You can save your progress as you go if you need longer to fill out the application. Just click the Save button at the bottom of the application.
How do I update my password?
Please refer to the email received when applying sent by notification@smartrecruiters.com. This email will contain a link to access the portal showing your current applications. There is no password to access this site, but the link is contained within the email received.
When will I hear back after I’ve applied?
If there is a good match between your background and the job requirements, the recruiting team will contact you directly. However, the timeframe depends on the position and the number of applicants. You can always check the status of the jobs to which you've successfully applied by logging into your account.
