UMMS Employee Referral Programs

Our UMMS team members are role models within our member organizations and in our local communities. You help friends and neighbors navigate the health care system, regardless of your job responsibilities. The UMMS Referral Bonus Program rewards this advocacy.
Do you know someone whose skills, experience and alignment with UMMS values would be a good fit for an open position? Encourage them to apply to any member organization and list you as the referring team member. If they are hired at any member organization, you may be eligible for a referral bonus between $500 and $5,000. All open positions are eligible; bonus amounts are based on position demand.

Two Ways to Participate:
You send the application to the candidate.
Search for the job you want to send to your referral.
Click on “Refer a friend” and provide all required information. Your referral will receive a unique link to apply connecting you to their application.
Ask your referral to apply for the position using the link. If they are hired, you will earn a referral bonus!
The candidate finds the application themself.
Tell your referral about a job for which they would be a good fit. They can search and find the job on the UMMS career site jobs.umms.org.
In the application process, ask the referral to select “Referral” under how they found out about the position and list your first and last name as the referring team member.
If they are hired, you will earn a referral bonus!
* UMMS cannot guarantee bonus payment unless one of the above options is followed.
