University of Maryland Shore Regional Health (UMMS) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Easton, Maryland. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with no call requirements, perfect for those passionate about women’s health and seeking work-life balance within a mission-driven, community-focused environment.

Outpatient-based full-scope women’s health role

Responsibilities include:

Performing annual well-woman exams and routine screenings

Managing contraceptive counseling and care
-
Addressing common gynecologic concerns

Providing patient education and preventive care
-
Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in Epic EMR

Collaborative, team-oriented clinic setting with access to specialty support and system-wide clinical resources

Qualifications:
- Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program required
- Certification as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) preferred; FNPs with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply
- Experience in women’s health or primary care is preferred
- New graduates with a strong passion for women’s health and patient advocacy will be considered
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner required.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
- Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required.
- Experience preferred, not required.
- DEA and CDS eligible.
- Preferred experience in midwifery
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $123,250 -$141,950 annual salary (Compensation is determined based on years of experience as an advanced practice provider).
- Overtime is earned for any work performed beyond 40 hours.
