- QualificationsBoard Certification or Board eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Valid Maryland medical license, or eligibility to obtain.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing patient-centered care, with excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with patients.
- Experience working with midwives a plus

Compensation: $150/hour
Additional Incentives:
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Annual Production Bonus: Up to $20,000 based on departmental goals and quality metrics
