What You Will Do:
Provides an advanced level of comprehensive dental care of pediatric, adult and special needs population under the direction of the Chief of Dentistry. Provides patient care and treatment consistent with the mission and values of Kernan Hospital and in accordance within the scope of practice, professional, and regulatory standards.
What You Need to Be Successful:
Graduate from an accredited Dental School. Completion of a dental residency program or equivalent private practice experience of 2 years is preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Ability to apply professional judgment in the performance of dental procedures. Highly effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary in order to work with medical, nursing and various allied health staff to provide optimal patient care. Must be willing and able to work with special needs children and adults. Maintain membership in the Kernan Hospital professional staff. Must meet credentialing criteria.
