Our local HR teams work together with specialists in a centralized HR department as part of a system-wide shared services model. Together, the HR department supports the medical system as a strategic partner to our individual hospital members.
UMMS seeks a new member of our HR Shared Services team at the University of Maryland Medical System, Linthicum location.
What you will do:
The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst gathers and analyzes user needs for developing and modifying business applications, reports, and analysis in the healthcare environment. Includes providing complex application support and writing documentation and specifications. Analyzes complex results, proposes solutions and/or recommendations in addition to building, configuring and/or modifying applications using existing application tools.
