What You Will Do:

Under general supervision, the Compensation Analyst conducts and analyzes market surveys, conducts job evaluations and writes job descriptions, works with departmental management on internal and market equity adjustments.  Reviews, coordinates, advises department managers, and approves the processing of employee rate and job classification changes.  Assists supervisors and management staff in administration of UMMS compensation policies and procedures.

What You Need to Be Successful:

1. A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Human Resources or equivalent field is required.

2. Two (2) years Human Resources experience required.

3. Knowledge of Compensation principles and practices required.
