Be part of an interdisciplinary team that includes Physicians and NP’s
Inpatient consults and growing outpatient clinic that provides continuity of care
Must have at least 2 years of Inpatient NPexperience
Will be trained in Palliative Care and Pain medicine
Must be willing to earn Palliative Care certification within 2 years of employment
Employed by University of Maryland St. Joseph Medical Group (UM SJMG)

Palliative care Nurse Practitioner under limited supervision will provide care for inpatient's.The nurse practitioner will provide continuity and faciliatate communication between staff patients and family to ensure quality, cost effective care, and patient satisfaction, while integrating best practices in palliative care.
