Work with the Vice President of Human Resources and operational leaders to develop and implement effective human resource programs, policies and initiatives designed to sustain a positive work environment. Acts as the primary point of service contact for leadership and employees on interpreting human resource policies, procedures, and practices. You will help business leaders maintain and improve their workforce with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention and the employee experience.
Day to day responsibilities include

• Orientation/Onboarding Programs
• Recognition Programs
• HR Compliance Support
• Provide guidance to managers on compensation actions, including promotions, equity adjustments, and merit increases and compensation benchmarking.
• Benefits Management
• Recruitment & Retention Strategy
• Employment Policies
• Monitor the "pulse" of the organization to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
• Professional Development
Successful candidates will have 5 years of progressively responsible Human Resources background preferably in HR Generalist role with strong Labor/Employee relations skills.
B.A. or B.S. degree, preferably in Human Resources, Organizational Development or another related discipline is required. Master’s degree in Business, H.R. or Organizational Design/Development preferred. Successful candidates should also hold professional certification, either as a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), or some equivalent certification in a related human resources field preferred.
Must have strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to work independently managing multiple projects. Must be a strong relationship developer, and demonstrate the ability to deal successfully with inherent ambiguities and complexities of an organization experiencing change and growth.
