We are looking for an Experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our University Health Clinic!
The UHC nurse wears many hats. Care coordination, telehealth, prior auths, patient care including triaging, injections, dressing changes, and venipuncture as well as occasional infusions and MA back up support is typical. As the role of the Ambulatory nurse expands telehealth and care coordination continue to expand and will make up a larger part of the role. As the care coordination role expands visits to inpatients prior to discharge and linking them to Ambulatory care will become more numerous. True teamwork and a positive outlook are vital for success in this position.
