What You Will Do:

Registered Nurse (RN) - Float Pool Supervisor - PRN/Eve - UM BWMC

Position Highlights

  • PRN evening shifts, Sat-Sun (D/N 12hr shifts)/M-F 1530-0830

  • Maintains standards established at the unit and divisional level by the nurse manager and director of Nursing

  • Modifies modify those standards if in the best interest of the hospital’s customers

  • Provides nursing administrative coverage in the absence of the directors of Nursing & hospital administrative coverage in the absence of administration at a higher level

  • Eligible for shift differential

  • Work with a great team of clinical staff

What You Need to Be Successful:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing education program approved by the Board of Nursing or found by the Board to be substantially equivalent to the programs in Maryland

  • BSN degree preferred

  • Current registration with the Maryland State Board of Nursing

  • Five (5) years of progressive experience in hospital nursing and proven administrative/leadership ability required

  • CPR and ACLS required
