The Director of Practice Operations oversees the operations and financial performance of identified practices. Oversees the implementation and optimization of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to drive transformation of care and ensure compliance. Directs the development of and ongoing maintenance of administrative and operational policies and procedures for the entire Physician Enterprise.

I. Oversees the operations of identified practices

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
Five (5) years practice management experience required with extensive knowledge and exposure to electronic medical record implementations and pay for performance programs.
Valid Maryland driver’s license required
IV. Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesHighly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to communicate effectively with all levels hospital staff, patients, visitors, and levels of staff.
