Serves meals to Dining Room customers. Prepares line setups, displays, and some menu items. Operates cash register. Cleans tables, dining room equipment, and utensils.
What You Need to Be Successful:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of one year of food preparation experience, preferably in an institutional setting/ equivalent training. Thorough knowledge of cooking, baking, salad preparation, and food procurement, storage, and sanitation. Demonstrated ability to read, follow instructions, and to understand weights, measures, and recipe procedures.
