Our department provides critical support to those that are in need. Service Management cares not only about our responsibility to the organization, but to each other and career development. Many of the advanced technicians in UMMS started right here in IT Customer Service. It’s a great place to grow and learn, as well as advance your career within the organization. “Our department is here to serve “you”, and “you” includes patients, caregivers and our own internal department members.”

WHAT WE DO

From entry level IT support, to advanced technical support, to early warning for system disruptions, our team is a hub in providing advanced services to our health care providers. The Service Management systems that help our team members are developed by our team, closing the loop for the most efficient systems and support available in healthcare.
